Was bringst du mit?

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Lehre oder Ausbildung in einem technischen Bereich (z. B. Elektriker:in, Mechatroniker:in) und willst dein Wissen täglich einsetzen.

* Du interessierst dich für moderne Produktionsprozesse und automatisierte Anlagen und möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen.

* Du arbeitest genau, zuverlässig und mit einem Blick für Qualität - weil dir jedes Produkt am Herzen liegt.

* Du packst gerne im Team an und bringst Ideen ein, wie Abläufe noch besser werden können.

* Du organisierst dich gut, denkst mit und willst aktiv etwas bewegen.

* Du bist flexibel und möchtest gerne im 5-Schicht-System arbeiten.

* Du sprichst gut Deutsch und kommunizierst klar

Was sind deine Aufgaben?

* Du bedienst und überwachst moderne Produktionsanlagen und hältst den Produktionsfluss am Laufen.

* Du führst kleinere Reparaturen durch und kontrollierst die Qualität, damit jedes Produkt unseren hohen Standards entspricht.

* Du wirkst bei Verbesserungen mit und bringst Ideen ein, um Prozesse, Anlagen und Abläufe zu optimieren.

* Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produktions- und Verpackungslinien immer ausreichend mit Material versorgt sind und reibungslos laufen.

* Du reinigst und pflegst die Anlagen, damit Sicherheit, Hygiene und Qualität jederzeit gewährleistet sind.

* Du arbeitest an Projekten mit, die unseren Standort technologisch weiterentwickeln und nachhaltig gestalten
