Aktuell sind wir auf der Suche nach 2 Facharbeiter Lüftungs-, Klima- und Wasserinstallation (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

- Wartung, Inspektion und Instandhaltung von Lüftungs-, Klima- und HLK-Anlagen

- Durchführung von Reparaturen sowie Behebung von Störungen an technischen Anlagen und Systemen

- Betreuung von Medienversorgungen wie Warm-, Kalt- und Heißwasseranlagen sowie zugehörigen Betriebsmitteln

- Kontrolle und Wartung von Ventilatoren, Filtern, Pumpen, Armaturen und weiteren Anlagenkomponenten

- Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten sowie Materialerfassung und -kontrolle

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre) im Bereich Installations- und Gebäudetechnik, HKLS, Mechanik oder Elektrotechnik

- Kenntnisse im Bereich Lüftungs-, Klima- oder Wasserinstallation, idealerweise ergänzt durch Pneumatikkenntnisse

- Erfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung technischer Anlagen von Vorteil

- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

- Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft

Ihr Arbeitsplatz:

- 1080 Wien

- 38,5 h pro Woche

- Arbeitsort mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ausgezeichnet erreichbar
