Zur Verstärkung unserer Abteilung Pre-Production & Tool Shop am Standort Wien suchen wir einen 1 Facharbeiter Werkzeug, Vorrichtungs- & Formenbau (d/w/m) Ihre Aufgaben

º Mitarbeit bei der Herstellung von Werkzeugen und Vorrichtungen (Designerstellung, Konstruktion, Herstellung und Abnahme)

º Eigenständiges Herstellen von Teilen für Werkzeuge und Vorrichtungen sowie dessen Assemblierung

º Zwischenprüfungen und Protokollierungen von Werkzeugen und Vorrichtungen

º Endmontage und Begleitung der Abnahme/ Inbetriebnahme von Werkzeugen und Vorrichtungen

º Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte und Aktivitäten (Fertigungsauftrag, Zeiterfassung)

º Demontage und Fehlersuche bzw. Fehlerbehebung

º Reparatur und Instandsetzung von Werkzeugen und Vorrichtungen

º Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Bedienungsanleitungen

º Erstellung von Bearbeitungsprogrammen (CAM) und einrichten der Bearbeitungsmaschinen

º Wartung der Bearbeitungsmaschinen

º Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Schnittstellen

Ihre Qualifikationen

º Abgeschlossene Lehre, Fachschule (Werkzeugmacher, Werkzeugbautechniker, etc.)

º Zumindest 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einem technischen Umfeld erforderlich

º Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Werkzeugen und Vorrichtungen

º CAD / CNC Kenntnisse oder sehr gute Kenntnisse der konventionellen Bearbeitungsmöglichkeiten

º Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams/Schnittstellenerfahrung

º Gute Deutschkenntnisse

º Persönlichkeit mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit

º Hohes Maß an Verlässlichkeit und Überstundenbereitschaft erforderlich
