Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine_n motivierte_n und engagierte_n 1 Facharbeiter Zimmerer (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Holzbauarbeiten: Durchführung von Arbeiten im Bereich Holzbau, wie z.B. das Erstellen von Dachstühlen, Fachwerkkonstruktionen, Treppen, Balkonen, Holzverkleidungen sowie Fassaden und Innenausbau.

* Montage und Demontage: Montage von Holz- und Stahlkonstruktionen sowie die Demontage von Altbestand.

* Bauvorbereitung: Anfertigung von Ausmaßen und Skizzen zur Vorbereitung der Bauaufgaben.

* Baupläne lesen: Lesen und Umsetzen von Bauzeichnungen und technischen Plänen, auch im Zusammenhang mit ökologischen und nachhaltigen Bauweisen.

* Werkzeug- und Maschinenbedienung: Sicherer Umgang mit Handwerkzeugen, Maschinen und Geräten (z.B. Kreissägen, Fräsen, Bohrmaschinen).

* Materialverarbeitung: Fachgerechtes Schneiden, Hobeln und Bearbeiten von Holzmaterialien.

* Sicherheitsvorschriften: Einhaltung der österreichischen Sicherheitsvorschriften (z.B. ASchG - Arbeitschutzgesetz) sowie Umweltschutzrichtlinien.

* Qualitätskontrolle: Überprüfung der eigenen Arbeit und Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards gemäß der österreichischen Bauordnung und den relevanten Normen (z.B. ÖNORM).

* Teamarbeit: Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Handwerkern und Bauleitern zur termingerechten Fertigstellung des Projekts.

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Lehre als Zimmerer/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Holzbau.

* Genauigkeit und Sauberkeit: Hohe Genauigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Ordnung und Sauberkeit bei der Arbeit sind essenziell. Wir suchen einen Facharbeiter, der präzise arbeitet und Wert auf ein sauberes, ordentliches Arbeitsumfeld legt.

* Technisches Verständnis: Sicherer Umgang mit Bauplänen, technischen Zeichnungen und Berechnungen.

* Führerschein: Führerschein der Klasse B

* Sicherheitsbewusstsein: Hohes Maß an Verantwortung in Bezug auf Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz.

Mindestlohn lt. KV BG II.a) Facharbeiter €21,20 brutto/Stunde. Überzahlung wird bei entsprechender Praxis und Qualifikation geboten.
