In der Klinik Oberwart gelangt die Position 1 Facharzt für das Institut für med. chem. Labordiagnostik /Laborverbund (all gender)

in Vollzeit zur Besetzung.

Der Laborverbund der Gesundheit Burgenland besteht seit 2007 aus den Laboratorien und Blutdepots in den vier Klinken in Oberwart, Oberpullendorf, Güssing und Kittsee. Die medizinischen Schwerpunkte des Laborverbundes in der Klinik Oberwart sind Blutdepot, Hämatologie, klinische Chemie und Immunologie, Hämostaseologie, Infektionsserologie, Molekulare Diagnostik, Autoimmun-, Pränatal- und Liquordiagnostik, Medikamenten- und Drogenscreening sowie Harndiagnostik.

Ihr Wirkungsbereich

- Fachärztliche Tätigkeit im gesamten Spektrum der Medizinischen und Chemischen Labordiagnostik

- Medizinische Validierung und Befundung labordiagnostischer Ergebnisse

- Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt*innen, biomedizinischen Analytiker*innen sowie weiteren Berufsgruppen an

den beteiligten Standorten

- Mitarbeit im Qualitätsmanagement sowie bei der Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung hoher

diagnostischer Standards

- Mitwirkung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung neuer Untersuchungsmethoden und Technologien

Ihr Fachgebiet

- Facharztdiplom für medizinisch chemische Labordiagnostik

- Erfahrung in Transfusionsmedizin und Leitung eines Blutdepots

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein

- Selbständigkeit, Organisationstalent

- Wirtschaftliches Denken und Kostenbewusstsein

- Bereitschaft zu Weiterbildung und Mehrleistung

- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement

- Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Fahrten in alle Laborverbundstandorte

Ihr Spielraum

Ihre Aufnahme ist in einem Beschäftigungsausmaß von 100% vorgesehen. Das Bruttojahresgehalt beträgt, bei entsprechender Qualifikation, auf Basis einer 40h-Woche mind. € 129.544,-(B2/19, inklusive Marktzulage).

Bei einer 48h-Woche inklusive verlängerter Dienste liegt das Einstiegsgehalt für einen Facharzt bzw. eine Fachärztin im ersten Berufsjahr bei ca. € 150.774,-.

Facheinschlägige Vordienstzeiten werden angerechnet.
