Unser Partner ist eine etablierte MKG-chirurgische Wahlarzt- und Zuweiserpraxis in Telfs mit bestehendem Überweisernetzwerk, eingespieltem Assistenzteam und vollständig vorhandener Praxisinfrastruktur. Das ist keine klassische Facharztstelle innerhalb einer Klinik oder großen Praxisstruktur, sondern eine eigene Praxisperspektive, ohne bei null anfangen zu müssen. 1 Facharzt / Fachzahnarzt (m/w/d) MKG-Chirurgie / Oralchirurgie Du arbeitest zunächst selbstständig mit hoher fachlicher Eigenverantwortung, Schritt für Schritt kann mehr Verantwortung übernommen werden, bis hin zur vollständigen Übernahme der bestehenden Praxis, persönlich begleitet.

Arbeitszeit: Selbstständige Mitarbeit, hohe Unabhängigkeit & freie Entfaltung, kein klassisches Angestelltenverhältnis Vergütung: nach Privatliquidation bzw. direkter Abrechnung, ohne ÖGK oder KZV

Start: nach Vereinbarung

Deine Aufgaben

* Durchführung des gesamten ambulanten MKG- bzw. oralchirurgischen Behandlungsspektrums

* Selbstständige Untersuchung & Beratung von Patient:innen, Erstellung individueller Therapie- & Operationspläne

* Operative Zahnentfernungen, Weisheitszahnentfernungen, Wurzelspitzenresektionen

* Implantologie / implantologische Chirurgie, Knochenaufbauverfahren, Sinuslift, chirurgische Parodontologie

* Vor- & Nachbetreuung chirurgischer Patient:innen

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem eingespielten Assistenzteam & zuweisenden Zahnärzt:innen anderer Fachrichtungen

* Einbringen eigener fachlicher Schwerpunkte, bei Interesse schrittweise Übernahme zusätzlicher Verantwortung

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Facharztausbildung MKG-Chirurgie oder Fachzahnarztausbildung Oralchirurgie

* Österreichische bzw. entsprechend anerkannte Berufsberechtigung/Approbation

* entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Fachliche Befähigung zur eigenständigen Durchführung des jeweiligen Spektrums

* Empathischer, professioneller Umgang mit Patient:innen & strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zu selbstständigem & eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten

* Erfahrung in Implantologie, Knochenaufbau/Sinuslift & mit Zuweiserpatient:innen von Vorteil

* Unternehmerisches Denken & Interesse an langfristiger Selbstständigkeit/Praxisübernahme von Vorteil
