Als Mitarbeiter*in von SOS-Kinderdorf begleitest du Kinder und Jugendliche in ein selbstbestimmtes Leben und machst dich für ihre Rechte und Anliegen stark!

Als Fachbeauftragte*r für Familien in Krisen unterstützt und begleitest du Eltern und ihre Kinder in schwierigen Lebenssituationen und arbeitest gemeinsam mit ihnen an passenden Lösungen. Im Auftrag der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe findet ein umfangreiches Clearing von Familien in einer SOS Kinderdorf-Einrichtung in Villach statt, der zeitliche Rahmen ist auf drei Monate befristet. Ziel der Maßnahme sind die Entwicklung einer Zukunftsperspektive gemeinsam mit der Familie und die Erarbeitung klarer Empfehlungen in Bezug auf die Sicherstellung des Kindeswohles. 1 Fachbeauftragte*r für Familien in Krisen (m/w/d)

Ausmaß: 20 Stunden pro Woche Karenzvertretung

Deine Aufgaben

* Psychologische Diagnostik der Kindeseltern sowie Begleitung bei der medizinischen Abklärung von Kindern und Jugendlichen

* Selbstständige, system- und lösungsorientierte psychosoziale Beratung und Alltagsbegleitung

* Stärkung der Erziehungs- und Handlungskompetenzen sowie Sicherung des Kindeswohls

* Information und Vermittlung zu sozialen, finanziellen und behördlichen Unterstützungsangeboten

* Fallbezogene Konzeptentwicklung und Umsetzung, Dokumentation, Berichtslegung und Arbeit im Co-Setting

Was du mitbringst

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum*r Klinischen Gesundheitspsycholog*in

* Hohe Selbstverantwortlichkeit und Flexibilität hinsichtlich Arbeitszeit und -organisation, einschließlich der Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf Termine mit Familien in den frühen Morgenstunden oder am Abend wahrzunehmen

* Reflexions- und Kooperationsfähigkeit

* Interesse und Verständnis für die Lebenswelten von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien

* Führerschein B und eigener Privat-PKW

Was dich erwartet

Das kollektivvertragliche Monatsbruttogehalt beträgt bei 20 Wochenstunden (inklusive Ruhepausen) zwischen € 1.913,56 und € 2.159,24 . Für eine exakte Berechnung werden deine Vordienstzeiten berücksichtigt.
