Die Kernaufgabe des Bereiches Begleitung & Teilhabe der Caritas Oberösterreich ist die Unterstützung und Begleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen bei der Integration in das gesellschaftliche Leben durch Förderung und Begleitung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen, Entlastung für deren Familien sowie Ausbildung und Hilfe zur beruflichen Eingliederung.

Deine Aufgaben

* pädagogische Begleitung und Förderung von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit Beeinträchtigungen

* Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Lehrer*innen, Ärzt*innen, Therapeut*innen, Dienstgeber*innen und Sozialarbeiter*innen

* Dokumentation, Besprechungen

* organisatorische und hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten

* Koordinationsaufgaben in der Wohngruppe

Dein Profil

* Ausbildung nach OÖ Sozialberufegesetz auf Fachniveau (FSB BB, FSB BA)

* Kenntnisse in Heil- und Sonderpädagogik

* flexibel, teamfähig, belastbar sowie verlässlich und verantwortungsbewusst

* lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln

* Bereitschaft zur Selbstreflexion und Supervision

* Bereitschaft Kinder und Jugendliche mit Beeinträchtigungen anzunehmen

* Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit

* Bei entsprechender Ausbildung: Eintragung in das Gesundheitsberuferegister

* sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Führerschein B notwendig

Das kollektivvertr. Mindestentgelt beträgt je nach Berufserfahrung und Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten € 2.868 bis € 3.266 brutto bei Vollbeschäftigung (37 Wochenstunden). Je nach Verwendung werden Zulagen bezahlt.
