Als Mitarbeiter*in von SOS-Kinderdorf begleitest du Kinder und Jugendliche in ein selbstbestimmtes Leben und machst dich für ihre Rechte und Anliegen stark!

Ziel ist es, Eltern und ihre Kinder in schwierigen Lebenssituationen zu unterstützen und zu begleiten. Im Auftrag der Wiener Kinder- und Jugendhilfe werden Maßnahmen erarbeitet, um Familien direkt vor Ort, bei ihnen zu Hause, zu stärken. Daher suchen wir Fachkräfte für die Begleitung und Unterstützung von Familien in den genannten Bezirken. 1 Fachkraft für die mobile Familienbetreuung (m/w/d) Mobile Familienarbeit in Wien, Region West (Bezirke 12.-15.), 30-35h/Woche, ab November 2026

Deine Aufgaben

* Beratung und Betreuung von Familien zur Verhinderung der vollen Erziehung, aber auch zur Rückkehr des Kindes in die Herkunftsfamilie (Sicherung des Kindeswohls)

* Erstellung eines fallbezogenen pädagogischen Beratungs- und Unterstützungskonzepts sowie dessen Umsetzung

* selbständige, system- und lösungsorientierte psychosoziale Beratung, Anleitung und Betreuung zur Bewältigung der eigenen Lebenssituation (Strukturierung des Alltags, Wohnen, Arbeit, Behörden, Finanzen, Haushalt)

* Krisenintervention bei akuten, hoch belastenden Krisen

* Information und Vermittlung zu sozialen und finanziellen Beratungs- und Leistungsangeboten

Was du mitbringst

* Sozialpädagog*innen, Sozialarbeiter*innen, Psycholog*innen, Absolvent*innen des MA Kinder- und Familienzentrierte Soziale Arbeit, BA-Bildungswissenschaften - Ausbildungen im Ausmaß von 180 ECTS. Bewerber*innen mit 120 ECTS, können die angestrebten 180 ETCS durch Aufschulungen und Weiterbildungen im Rahmen des Arbeitsverhältnisses ergänzt werden

* Selbstverantwortlichkeit und Flexibilität im Arbeits- und Zeitkontext, inklusive der Bereitschaft Termine mit den Familien in der Früh bzw. am Abend wahrzunehmen

* Reflexions- und Kooperationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit

* Berufserfahrung vom Vorteil

* Interesse und Verständnis für die Lebenswelten von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien

Was dich erwartet

Das kollektivvertragliche Monatsbruttogehalt beträgt bei 35 Wochenstunden zwischen € 3.010,96 und € 3.649,62. Für eine exakte Berechnung werden die Vordienstzeiten berücksichtigt.
