Du möchtest jungen Menschen einen sicheren Ort bieten, an dem sie unabhängig von Herkunft, Geschlecht oder sozialem Hintergrund willkommen sind? Du möchtest die Anliegen junger Menschen sichtbar machen und sie dabei unterstützen, ihre Ideen und Projekte umzusetzen? Du identifizierst dich mit den Grundsätzen der offenen Jugendarbeit - Niederschwelligkeit, Partizipation und Parteilichkeit? Du bringst Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Lust auf Aufbauarbeit mit und möchtest die Neueröffnung eines Jugendzentrums aktiv mitgestalten?

Dann werde Teil unseres engagierten Teams und entwickle mit uns ein neues, lebendiges Angebot für Jugendliche!

Deine Funktion: Sozialpädagogische Begleitung und Förderung der jugendlichen Besucher*innen im offenen Jugendzentrumsbetrieb (12 bis 18 Jahre), sowie aufsuchende Kontaktarbeit im Sozialraum (mobile Jugendarbeit).

Deine Aufgaben: * Einzel- und Gruppenarbeit im offenen Betrieb des Jugendzentrums * Partizipative Entwicklung und Begleitung sinnvoller Freizeitangebote * Gestaltung und Umsetzung präventiver Angebote zu jugendrelevanten Themen * Umsetzung sozialintegrativer und gendersensibler Angebote in der Einrichtung * Niederschwellige Soforthilfe, Beratung und Krisenintervention * Aufsuchende Kontaktarbeit im Sozialraum (mobile Jugendarbeit) * Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit jugendrelevanten Systempartner*innen * Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen und Supervision * Dokumentation und Berichterstattung

Du bringst mit: * Ausbildung im sozialpädagogischen oder psychosozialen Bereich (Sozialpädagogik, Soziale Arbeit, Pädagogik, Psychologie) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Jugend- und Sozialbereich (im Umfang von zumindest 60 ECTS/1500 Ausbildungsstunden) * Freude an der Arbeit mit Jugendlichen, auch im interkulturellen Kontext * Organisationsfähigkeit und Interesse an freizeitpädagogischer Projektarbeit * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Belastbarkeit Arbeitsweise * Kompetenzen in Beratung, Konfliktmoderation und sozialräumlicher Arbeit * Erfahrung in den Methoden der offenen Jugendarbeit von Vorteil

Gehalt: Einstufung bei abgeschlossener Fachausbildung nach SWÖ-KV Verwendungsgruppe 7 (mind. 3.074,80 € auf Vollzeitbasis bei abgeschlossener Ausbildung; Das tatsächliche Gehalt ist abhängig von Ausbildung und Vordienstzeiten.)
