Die Volksgarten Wels GmbH & Co KG ist Trägerin der Landesgartenschau Wels 2027 - einem der bedeutendsten Zukunftsprojekte für die Stadt und Region Wels. Auf über 22 ha entstehen neue Garten- und Erlebnisräume, die weit über das Veranstaltungsjahr hinauswirken werden. In einem engagierten Team arbeiten wir an der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung dieses Leuchtturmprojekts mit einem starken Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit, Innovation und regionaler Identität.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit im Bereich Gartenbau, Grünraumpflege und Gartengestaltung, die aktiv an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Gartenwelten der Landesgartenschau mitwirkt. 1 Fachkraft Gartenwelten & Grünraummanagement (m/w/d) Beginn: Ab Sofort Befristet bis Dezember 2027

Vollzeit/Teilzeit ab 20 Std./W

Ihre Aufgaben

Hauptaufgaben:

* Qualitäts- und Sicherheitskontrolle der Grün- und Parkanlagen

* Eigenständige Koordination von Bau-, Pflege- und Reinigungstätigkeiten der Grün- und Parkanlagen

* Durchführung von Bau-, Pflanz-, Pflege- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, insbesondere Stauden- und Wechselflorflächen

* Selbstverantwortliche Koordination und Abstimmung mit internen sowie externen Partnern

Weitere Aufgaben:

* Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung der Gartenwelten und Themengärten der Landesgartenschau

* Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung Veranstaltungen und temporären Ausstellungen

* Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Pflege- und Bewirtschaftungskonzepte

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gartenbau, Garten- und Grünflächendienst, Landschaftsgartenbau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich Grünraumpflege oder Gartenbau von Vorteil

* Freude an Pflanzen, Gestaltung und Arbeiten im Freien

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Maschinen und Geräten für die Grünraumpflege von Vorteil
