Wir suchen 1 Fachkraft in der Produktionsplanung und -steuerung (m/w/d) Du bist...

* verantwortlich für die Produktions- und Bedarfsplanung deiner Produktfamilien und stimmst diese mit den vorhandenen Kapazitäten und der Vertriebsplanung ab

* die Person, die den gesamten Material- und Warenfluss im Produktionsprozess im Blick hat und sicherstellt, dass alles reibungslos läuft

* ein Organisationstalent mit einem Blick fürs Detail und sorgst mit deiner Planung für reibungslose Prozesse und optimale Produktionsbedingungen

* die zentrale Schnittstelle, die Aufträge steuert, koordiniert und überwacht, Abweichungen im Prozess erkennt und Liefertermine zuverlässig sicherstellt

* ein vernetzter Teamplayer, der eng mit Customer Service, Einkauf, Logistik, Produktion, Produktmanagement und Qualitätssicherung zusammenarbeitet

Du hast...

* eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HTL, HAK) und idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung

* ausgeprägte Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie ein analytisches, prozessorientiertes Denken

* einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (z. B. ProAlpha) sind von Vorteil

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Produktionsleiter:in eines Industriebetriebs, idealerweise in der Metallindustrie

Entlohnung:

Das Dienstverhältnis unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für die Eisen- und Metallerzeugende Industrie. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt über KV und ergibt sich aus Qualifikation sowie Berufserfahrung und orientiert sich am Regionalen Arbeitsmarkt.
