Autistenzentrum Arche Noah sucht 1 Fachkraft (m/w/d) per November/Dezember 2026 für unsere Wohnstruktur in 2243 Matzen (NÖ)

Im Ausmaß von 36 Wochenstunden, Tag-, Nacht-, Sonn- und Feiertagsdienste, sowie Wochenenddienste (2 x monatlich)

Ihre zukünftigen Arbeitsinhalte:

Die Begleitung unserer Klient*innen (junge) Erwachsene mit Autismus-Spektrum-Störung

Unterstützung und Förderung der lebenspraktischen Alltagsaktivitäten

Förderung der kognitiven Fähigkeiten

Förderung der sozialen Entwicklung

Stärkung der Selbstbestimmung und Eigenständigkeit unserer Klient*innen, gleichzeitig als

Strukturierte*r Lösungspilot*in gestalten sie einen verlässlichen Arbeitsrahmen durch Klarheit

und Struktur

Unterstützung bei Basic pflegerischen Maßnahmen

Bezugsbetreuung und Freizeitgestaltung

Klient*innenspezifische Dokumentation nach Leitfaden

Was erwarten wir als Arbeitgeber:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung: Diplom-Fach-Sozialbetreuer*in, Dipl. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in (Fachgebiet Psychiatrie)

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung: Fach-Sozialbetreuer*in (mit Schwerpunkt BB, A)

Ausgeprägte Sozial- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Teamgeist sowie die Fähigkeit, strukturiert und

belastbar in Krisensituationen zu agieren

Freude an anspruchsvoller Arbeit mit Jugendlichen / junge Erwachsene und deren Eltern

Flexibilität und Motivation für vielfältige Betreuungssituationen

Bereitschaft zu Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen

Schmutz-, Erschwernis- und Gefahrenzulagen, Sonn-, Feiertags- und Nachtzuschläge
