DEINE AUFGABEN

* Vorbereitung hochwertiger Luftfahrtkomponenten für die Lackierung durch Reinigen, Schleifen und Maskieren

* Fachgerechtes Grundieren und Lackieren von Präzisionsbauteilen nach vorgegebenen Arbeitsanweisungen und

Luftfahrtspezifikationen

* Verarbeitung unterschiedlicher Grundierungs-, Decklack- und Beschichtungssysteme

* Selbstständiges Einstellen und Bedienen der erforderlichen Lackier- und Spritztechnik

* Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Mischungsverhältnisse, Verarbeitungs-, Ablüft- und Aushärtezeiten

* Kontrolle der lackierten Oberflächen sowie Messung und Dokumentation der Schichtdicke

* Sorgfältige Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeitsschritte entsprechend unserer hohen Qualitätsanforderungen

* Pflege und Reinigung der Lackierausrüstung sowie Sicherstellung eines sauberen und strukturierten Arbeitsumfeldes

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Lackierprozesse

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung - vorzugsweise im technischen oder chemischen Bereich

* Erfahrung im Lackieren von Vorteil

* Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Bereitschaft, nach definierten Arbeits-, Prozess- und Prüfanweisungen zu arbeiten

* Bereitschaft, sich in unsere Lackierprozesse und luftfahrtspezifischen Qualitätsanforderungen einzuarbeiten
