Wir suchen 1 FACHLICHE LEITUNG SOZIALARBEIT UND PERSONALENTWICKLUNG (M/W/D) Linz 30 - 37 h/Woche ab sofort

Ihre Aufgaben

* In dieser Position leiten Sie die Bereiche Sozialarbeit und Personalentwicklung mit dem Ziel, Mitarbeiter:innen mit Behinderung bestmöglich in ihrer beruflichen Inklusion und persönlichen Entwicklung zu fördern

* Sie entwickeln gemeinsame Standards für Sozialarbeit, Weiterbildung, Arbeitserprobung und Outplacement und

führen eine Qualitätssicherung der internen Prozesse und sozialen Dienstleistungen durch

* Sie bringen neue Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung von Geschützter Arbeit ein

* Sie stehen dabei in engem Austausch mit Kolleg:innen aller unserer Standorte aus Produktion, Arbeitserprobung, Outplacement und Geschützter Arbeit in Betrieben sowie der Leitung

* Sie unterstützen die Interessensvertretungen der Mitarbeiter:innen mit Behinderung und bringen sich u.a. auch bei der Mitarbeiter:innenzeitung ein.

Ihr fachliches Profil

* Sie haben eine Ausbildung im sozialen Bereich abgeschlossen (z.B. Sozialarbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Sozialwissenschaft etc.)

* Sie bringen Berufserfahrung in sozialer Arbeit und vorzugsweise auch Leitungserfahrung mit

* Sie arbeiten selbständig und strukturiert.

* Soziale Kompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus

* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement wünschenswert

* Sie haben Humor und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
