Wir entwickeln und steuern Bauprojekte und Bauobjekte sicher und nachhaltig:

Wir verstehen uns als Ingenieurbüro, welches BauherrInnen und BetreiberInnen, GeneralplanerInnen und GeneralunternehmerInnen mit einschlägigen Konsulenten - Leistungen während des gesamten Bauobjekt-Lebenszyklus unterstützt. Dazu zählen Entwicklungs-, Planungs-, Aufsichts- und Managementleistungen auf jenen Fachgebieten, die nicht in die Kernkompetenz unserer KundInnen fallen. Wir machen das Ganze rund. 1 Fachplanung Gebäude-/Infrastrukturtechnik (w/m/d) - Expert / Senior Expert (vorzugsweise 38 Wochenstunden) für unseren ExpertInnenpool Gebäude- und Infrastrukturtechnik - Baumanagement und Planung.

Dein Aufgabenbereich umfasst:

* Fachplanung

* Ausschreibung und/oder

* Fachbauaufsicht im Bereich HKLS und/oder E

Du arbeitest eng mit der Unternehmensleitung sowie anderen AuftragsleiterInnen zusammen und wirst in ein innovatives und dienstleistungsorientiertes Team mit erfolgsorientierter Entlohnung sowie offener Kommunikationskultur integriert.

Dein Profil

* erfolgreich abgeschlossene gebäudetechnische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL, FH, Uni)

* mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung

* Ausbildung und/oder Erfahrung mit CAD Programmen (vorzugsweise AutoCAD)

* Bereitschaft zu lernen und sich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen

* Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz

* hohe Kundenorientierung

* gutes und sicheres Auftreten

* Flexibilität und Vielseitigkeit

* Reisebereitschaft

* Führerschein B

Dein Einkommen

Einstufung und Einkommen werden auf Grundlage Deiner individuellen, sowie fachlichen Kompetenz im persönlichen Gespräch vereinbart. Für diese Position als Expert gilt die Verwendungsgruppe III und damit ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt von € 3.000,- brutto. Für diese Position als Senior Expert gilt die Verwendungsgruppe IV und damit ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt von € 3.500,- brutto. Abhängig von Erfahrung, Ausbildung und Kenntnissen ist eine Überzahlung möglich. Es gilt der Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Information und Consulting.
