Deine Aufgaben

Begleitung von Beeinträchtigten im Wohnalltag

Unterstützung bei der Körperpflege sowie bei täglichen Routinen am Morgen und Abend

Gestaltung von Freizeitaktivitäten und Förderung von Selbstständigkeit

Begleitung älterer Bewohner:innen, darunter auch Menschen mit Demenz

Unterstützung von Menschen mit herausforderndem Verhalten

Zusammenarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team, wertschätzende Kommunikation

mit Bewohner:innen, Angehörigen und Kolleg:innen

Dein Profil

abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fach-Sozialbetreuer:in Behindertenarbeit/

Behindertenbegleitung/Altenarbeit erwünscht

oder zumindest UBV-Modul ("Unterstützung bei der Basisversorgung")

Bereitschaft zum Turnusdienst inkl. Wochenenden
