Das Caritas Haus Vitus richtet sich an betreuungs- und pflegebedürftige Personen sowie an Erwachsene Menschen mit Behinderung mit dem Bemühen um ein gutes Maß an Lebensqualität in allen Lebensbereichen.

Wir suchen für unser Caritas Haus Vitus in Wimpassing eine*n 1 Fachsozialbetreuer*in im Ausmaß von 25 Stunden in der Betreuung einer Wohngruppe in unserer Einrichtung.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Unterstützung und Förderung der Bewohner*Innen bei den alltäglichen Aktivitäten und ihrer Freizeit

* Körperpflege und -hygiene, Wahrnehmung gesundheitlicher Bedürfnisse

* Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung und Dokumentation von pädagogischen und pflegerischen Maßnahmen

* Erkennen von Ressourcen, Problemen und Wünschen der Bewohner*Innen

* Fachpraktische Umsetzung des im Haus etablierten Betreuungs- und Pflegekonzeptes

* Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung Fachsozialbetreuer*in oder Diplomsozialbetreuer*in vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Behindertenarbeit

* Flexibilität: Tag- und Nachtdienste sowie Wochenend- und Feiertagsdienste

* Führerschein B

* Empathie, Freude und eine wertschätzende Grundhaltung für die Bedürfnisse der Zielgruppe

* Positives Denken und Teamfähigkeit

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie EDV-Basiskenntnisse (elektronische Dokumentation)

* Abgeschlossener Sozialpsychiatrischer Grundlehrgang von Vorteil
