Unser Sozialzentrum in Frauenkirchen ist ein Ort der Begegnung. Unsere "Näher am Menschen"-Programme unterstützen uns bei der Pflege und Betreuung. 1 Fachsozialbetreuer:in (B) (m/w/d) Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams im SeneCura Sozialzentrum Frauenkirchen in Teilzeit (30 Wochenstunden)

Näher am Menschen

* Gestaltung des Tagesablaufs unserer Senior:innen mit Behinderung, mit dem Augenmerk auf den Erhalt der Fähigkeiten und unter Berücksichtigung individueller Vorlieben und Gewohnheiten

* Planung pädagogischer Ziele, sowie dazugehörender Berichte und Dokumentationen

* Führen von einfühlsamen Gesprächen um die Bedürfnisse der Angehörigen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachsozialbetreuer:in und/oder eine pädagogische Ausbildung; alternativ Pflegeassistent:in und ins Gesundheitsberuferegister eingetragen

* Abgeschlossenes Modul "Unterstützung bei der Basisversorgung"

* Erfahrung in der Behindertenarbeit

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz

* Eigenverantwortliches Handeln auf Basis evidenzbasierter Standards

* Flexibel und Ruhepol, auch bei Veränderungen

* Empathisch und ehrliches Interesse am Menschen
