The posting

Wir verstehen uns als Einrichtung für die Betreuung und Begleitung von Menschen mit geistiger und mehrfacher Beeinträchtigungen und bieten 20 Personen Wohnangebote und 55 Personen Beschäftigung im Rahmen der fähigkeitsorientierten Aktivität an zwei Standorten. Wir orientieren uns an den individuellen Bedürfnissen und Fähigkeiten unserer Kund*innen und leben Wertschätzung, Inklusion und Teilhabe.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams bei Miravita bzw. in der Fähigkeitsorientierten Aktivität in Nußbaum suchen wir 1 Fachsozialbetreuer*in Behindertenbegleitung/Behindertenarbeit/Altenarbeit

Pflegeassistent*in/Pflegefachassistent*in in Teilzeit für 19 Std./Woche.

Mindestentlohnung brutto:

In Verwendungsgruppe 6 für 37 Wochenstunden/Vollzeit min. € 3.052,15.

Bei 10 Jahren Berufserfahrung € 3.479,05.

Gehalt beinhaltet SEG-Zulage und Pflegebonus Bund.

Excl. sonstiger Zulagen wie Flex-Zuschlag, Sonn-, Feiertags- und Nachtdienstzulagen, sowie Aufzahlung Pflegekräfte (PA/PFA) lt. SWÖ.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

- Bedürfnisorientierte Begleitung von Menschen mit geistiger und mehrfacher Beeinträchtigung

- Agogische Begleitung nach den Qualitätsvorgaben des Landes OÖ

- Pflegerische und hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten

- Organisatorische Aufgaben wie Dokumentation, Freizeitgestaltung

- Angehörigenarbeit

Ihr Profil:

Wir freuen uns auf eine gefestigte Persönlichkeit, die sich mit Engagement und hoher Motivation den Anforderungen des Betreuungsalltags stellt.

- Ausbildung: FSB BB, FSB BA, FSB A, PA, PFA

- Teamfähigkeit

- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten

- Bereitschaft zu Fort- und Weiterbildung

- Computerkenntnisse (MS Office)

- Führerschein B
