Du bist Fachsozialbetreuer mit Schwerpunkt Behindertenbegleitung (FSB BB) und möchtest Menschen dabei unterstützen, ihr Leben selbstbestimmt und mit Lebensfreude zu gestalten? Für eine moderne Wohneinrichtung für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung im Bezirk Steyr-Land suchen wir im Auftrag eine engagierte FSB BB (m/w/d) für die Einzelbetreuung. 1 Fachsozialbetreuer_in Behindertenbegleitung In dieser verantwortungsvollen Tätigkeit begleitest du eine Bewohnerin bzw. einen Bewohner individuell im Alltag. Dabei stehen Vertrauen, Beziehung, Selbstbestimmung und die persönliche Entwicklung im Mittelpunkt. Gemeinsam schafft ihr Strukturen, erlebt den Alltag und fördert die größtmögliche Selbstständigkeit.

Das bringst du mit:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachsozialbetreuer_in Behindertenbegleitung (FSB BB)

- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung

- Empathie, Geduld und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein

- Selbstständige, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

- Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft zu Diensten im Rahmen eines Dienstplans

Deine Aufgaben:

- Individuelle Begleitung und Unterstützung einer Bewohnerin bzw. eines Bewohners im Alltag

- Förderung von Selbstständigkeit, Teilhabe und persönlichen Ressourcen

- Unterstützung bei der Alltagsgestaltung sowie bei Freizeitaktivitäten

- Dokumentation der Betreuungsmaßnahmen

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen und dem interdisziplinären Team

- Mitgestaltung eines sicheren, wertschätzenden und ressourcenorientierten Lebensumfeldes
