Die OÖ Hilfswerk GmbH ist ein soziales Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit 19 Familien- und Sozialzentren in Oberösterreich. Wir ermöglichen unseren KundInnen ein würdevolles Altern im eigenen Wohnumfeld. Für diese sinnstiftende Tätigkeit suchen wir für ab sofort 1 Fachsozialbetreuer_in für Altenarbeit (FSBA) oder Pflegeassistent_in (PA) für die mobile Pflege

ausschließlich für 4040 Linz-Urfahr Teilzeit 10-30 Wochenstunden

Arbeitszeit überwiegend vormittags (ca. alle 4-6 Wochen auch 1 Wochenenddienst)

Aufgabenbereich:

* Durchführung aller Tätigkeiten einer*s FSBA mit Fokus auf die ganzheitliche, ressourcenorientierte Pflege

* Arbeit in der häuslichen Umgebung (mobile Pflege)

* Miteinbeziehen der persönlichen, familiären Situation der Kund*innen

* Einbringen deiner beruflichen Expertise in das interdisziplinäre Behandlungsteam

* Einschulung und Begleitung neuer Kolleg*innen und Praktikant*innen

Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur*m FSBA oder Pflegeassist*in

* Führerschein B, sowie eigener PKW

* Engagement und Eigenverantwortung, besonders im Umgang mit älteren Menschen

* Angenehme Umgangsformen, sowie einwandfreies Leumundszeugnis

* Selbständiges, strukturiertes Arbeiten

Im Falle einer Zusage ist vor Dienstantritt eine Strafregisterbescheinigung (§10, Abs. 1 Strafregistergesetz) und eine Strafregisterbescheinigung "Pflege und Betreuung" (§ 10 Abs. 1c und 1d Strafregistergesetz) zu übermitteln. Die damit verbundenen Unkosten können leider nicht ersetzt werden.

Bezahlung:

Entlohnung nach SWÖ-KV. Mindestentgelt bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung (= 37 Wochenstunden) brutto: FSBA ab € 3.002,70 / PA ab € 2.811,90. Hinzu kommen Kilometergeld und Zulagen.
