Deine Aufgaben

* Du begleitest und unterstützt Menschen mit Behinderung im Alltag, in der Freizeit, im Wohnen und bei sozialen Aktivitäten mit dem Schwerpunkt der Inklusion

* Du bist Teil unseres Wohnhaus-Teams

* Du gestaltest gemeinsam mit den Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern einen abwechslungsreichen Alltag (hauswirtschaftlich, organisatorisch und pflegerisch sowie für die Freizeit)

* Du arbeitest engagiert im interdisziplinären Team der Einrichtung

* Du dokumentierst und gestaltest Betreuungsprozesse

Das bringst du mit

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur FSB (AA,BA,BB) UBV, DGKS/DGKP

* Du bist bereit für Wochenend-, Feiertags- und Nachtbereitschaftsdienste

* Du begegnest deiner Arbeit mit Engagement, Flexibilität und Selbstreflexion

* Empathie, Offenheit und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen zeichnen dich aus

* Du arbeitest eigenständig, bringst Ideen ein und bist Teamplayer_in

* Deine Kenntnisse umfassen MS Office und im Idealfall auch VIVENDI

* Du hast die Kompetenz in der Durchführung hauswirtschaftlicher Aufgaben

* Du besitzt einen Führererschein B
