Über Hoval

Hoval steht für hochwertige Heiz- und Lüftungssysteme, die täglich in ganz Österreich und international im Einsatz sind. Damit unsere Mitarbeiter:innen sicher und zuverlässig unterwegs sind, braucht es einen bestens organisierten und gepflegten Fuhrpark - vom Kundendienst über Poolfahrzeuge bis hin zu Firmenautos. In unserer Werkstätte in Marchtrenk sorgst du dafür, dass alle Fahrzeuge technisch einwandfrei, sauber und jederzeit einsatzbereit bleiben. Du koordinierst Abläufe, arbeitest mit Werkstätten zusammen und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson rund um Organisation, Reparaturen und Fahrzeugübergaben.

* Du organisierst die Übergabe von Kundendienstfahrzeugen an neue Mitarbeiter:innen

* Du stimmst den Einbau von Fahrzeugeinrichtungen ab und koordinierst die Umsetzung

* Du arbeitest eng mit Markenwerkstätten zusammen - von Neufahrzeugübergaben bis zu Reparaturterminen

* Du führst kleinere Reparaturen direkt in unserer Werkstätte in Marchtrenk durch

* Du koordinierst Reifenwechsel und stellst die Einsatzbereitschaft des Fuhrparks sicher

* Du holst Reparaturangebote ein, bewertest sie, prüfst Rechnungen und gibst sie frei

* Du weist neue Mitarbeiter:innen in die richtige Fahrzeugbehandlung ein

* Du bist Ansprechpartner bei Unfällen und Pannen

* Du bewertest interne Fuhrparkfahrzeuge und begleitest den Verkauf

* Du koordinierst An- und Abmeldungen

* Du kümmerst dich um die Fahrzeugpflege (Wäsche, Innenreinigung)

Was du mitbringst

* Abgeschlossene KFZ-Mechanikerlehre

* Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung als KFZ-Mechaniker

* Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office

* Hohe KFZ-Affinität und technisches Verständnis

* Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kolleg:innen und Lieferanten

* Sehr gute Selbstorganisation und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Gehalt - Transparenz gemäß österreichischem Recht: Faires, der Qualifikation entsprechendes Gehalt, das wir gemeinsam im Gespräch festlegen. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt gemäß Handelsangestellten KV, Entgeltsystem NEU, Beschäftigungsgruppe D liegt zwischen € 2.362 und 2.676 brutto/Monat bei Vollzeit je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten. Entsprechend Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung vorgesehen.
