Wir suchen für unser eingespieltes Team: 1 Fachverkäufer_in mit Gastro Erfahrung - Bistro & Frühstück in Pettenbach mitgestalten und verantworten

Bei der Bäckerei Bruckmühle dreht sich alles um frisches Gebäck, ein gutes Frühstück und ein Bistro, in dem sich Gäste wohlfühlen. Für unsere Filiale in Pettenbach suchen wir jemanden mit Gastro-Herz und Erfahrung, der oder die nicht nur mitarbeitet, sondern die Filiale eigenverantwortlich mit uns weiterentwickelt.

Deine Verantwortung:

* Erste Ansprechperson vor Ort: Du sorgst dafür, dass Theke, Bistro, Lager und Team jeden Tag rund laufen.

* Team anleiten und motivieren: Du schulst neue Kolleg:innen ein, unterstützt dein Team im Tagesgeschäft und arbeitest eng mit unserer Verkaufsleiterin Sofie zusammen.

* Dienstplan mitgestalten: Du planst gemeinsam mit deinem Team die Einsätze und hast die Besetzung im Blick.

* Warenbestellung, Lager und Verfügbarkeit: Du bestellst bedarfsgerecht, achtest auf Frische und sorgst dafür, dass die Theke immer gut gefüllt ist. Auch das Lager fällt in deinen Verantwortungsbereich.

* Qualität, Sauberkeit und Hygiene: Du kontrollierst Abläufe und Standards und stellst sicher, dass unsere Gäste sich rundum wohlfühlen.

* Angebot weiterentwickeln: Speisen, Menüs und Tagesangebote entwickelst du von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.

Das erwartet dich im Alltag:

* Du begeisterst Kund_innen und Gäste mit persönlicher Beratung und einem Lächeln.

* Du präsentierst Brot und Gebäck so, dass man Lust darauf bekommt.

* Du bereitest Kaffee- und Teespezialitäten mit Können und Liebe zum Detail zu.

* Du packst im Filialalltag selbst mit an, dort, wo du gebraucht wirst.

* Bei Bedarf hilfst du in anderen Filialen im Almtal aus.

Das bringst du mit:

* Gastronomische Berufserfahrung zum Beispiel in Café, Bistro, Restaurant, Hotel oder Frühstücksgastronomie.

* Erfahrung im Service oder Fachverkauf und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.

* Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.

* Organisationstalent, Selbstbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, ein Team mitzunehmen.

* Leidenschaft für gutes Essen, besonders für Brot, Gebäck und Frühstück.

* Freude an frühen Arbeitszeiten und am Arbeiten mit frischen Lebensmitteln.

* Erste Führungs- oder Anleitungserfahrung ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.

Das bieten wir dir:

* 35 Stunden pro Woche optimal

* Faire Bezahlung nach Kollektivvertrag, mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Mindestbruttolohn auf VZ-Basis: B7 2006,38
