Vanuit Vlissingen ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van onze maritieme dienstverlening. Je zorgt ervoor dat gebouwen, materialen, opleidingen en administratieve processen vlot verlopen en bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's, partners en leveranciers. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak kunnen onze schepen en bemanningen optimaal functioneren.

Wat ga je doen als facilitair bediende?

  • Je volgt onderhouds- en infrastructuurwerken op.
  • Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking van onze gebouwen en faciliteiten.
  • Je beheert bestellingen, materialen, contracten en administratieve processen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij operationele planning en personeelsgerelateerde opvolging.
  • Je organiseert opleidingen, vergaderingen en overlegmomenten.
  • Je verwerkt data en stelt rapporteringen op.
  • Je houdt administratieve processen graag op orde en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van bestellingen, facturen en dossiers.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met facilitybeheer en ondersteunt de opvolging van onderhoud, technische werkzaamheden en wettelijke controles.
  • Digitale toepassingen kennen voor jou weinig geheimen en je werkt vlot met de verschillende tools binnen Microsoft 365.
  • Je brengt boodschappen duidelijk over en stemt je communicatie moeiteloos af op je doelgroep.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig met gegevens en slaagt erin om informatie overzichtelijk te bundelen in rapporten en verslagen.
