In deze rol ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de facilitaire dienstverlening binnen jouw regio. Je bezoekt regelmatig onze Louwman-locaties, gaat in gesprek met vestigingsverantwoordelijken en zorgt ervoor dat diensten zoals schoonmaak, koffie, afval en regulier onderhoud goed aansluiten bij de behoefte van de locatie. Wat ga je doen? Als Facilitair Coördinator ben jij hét gezicht van Louwman Facility & Estate binnen jouw regio. Je gaat langs verschillende Louwman-locaties, zoals dealerbedrijven, kantoren en warehouses. Daar ga je actief in gesprek met de vestigingsverantwoordelijke, jouw interne klant, over de facilitaire dienstverlening op locatie. Wat deze functie leuk maakt, is dat je veel zichtbaar bent in de organisatie. Je leert verschillende locaties en collega's kennen, bouwt sterke relaties op en zorgt ervoor dat de dienstverlening goed blijft aansluiten bij wat de locatie nodig heeft. Je bespreekt of de diensten nog naar wens zijn en monitort continu of afspraken, kwaliteit en dienstverlening nog voldoen. Denk hierbij aan schoonmaak, koffievoorzieningen, afvalverwerking, regulier onderhoud en andere facilitaire diensten. Waar nodig signaleer je verbeterkansen, bespreek je aanpassingen met de vestigingsverantwoordelijke en zet je acties uit richting leveranciers of collega's. Bij aflopende contracten of veranderende behoeften ondersteun je waar nodig bij marktverkenningen en tendertrajecten voor facilitaire diensten.
