Als Facilitair Coördinator bij Yara Sluiskil krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een professioneel facilitair team en volop ruimte om processen slimmer, veiliger en betrouwbaarder te maken. Met veel zelfstandigheid, uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden en volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Yara Sluiskil is de grootste productielocatie van Yara ter wereld. In moderne en energie-efficiënte fabrieken worden onder andere kunstmeststoffen en industriële chemicaliën geproduceerd. De organisatie is internationaal actief, maar in Sluiskil staat juist ook de samenwerking binnen een hecht team centraal. Werk en Vakmanschap werkt actief samen met Yara Sluiskil bij de werving en selectie van nieuwe medewerkers. Binnen Yara zijn er volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien. De organisatie kent weinig hiërarchie, stimuleert samenwerking en geeft medewerkers ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Als Facilitair Coördinator geef je leiding aan het facilitaire team. Binnen dit team is iedere medewerker als assetbeheerder verantwoordelijk voor een eigen discipline. Jij begeleidt en coacht het team en zorgt ervoor dat preventief en correctief onderhoud goed en veilig wordt uitgevoerd. Daarnaast houd je overzicht over budgetten, contracten en leveranciers en onderhoud je contact met verschillende afdelingen binnen Yara. Je kijkt continu waar werkzaamheden veiliger, slimmer of betrouwbaarder kunnen worden georganiseerd. Wat ga je precies doen? - Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van het facilitaire team. - Bewaken van wettelijk verplicht, preventief en correctief onderhoud. - Initiëren en opvolgen van verbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid, effectiviteit en betrouwbaar...
