Als facilitair coördinator verbind je klantvragen, processen en collega's met elkaar, zodat locaties kunnen rekenen op duidelijke afspraken en goede dienstverlening. Wat ga je doen? De Zorggroep is volop in beweging en dat geldt ook voor het Facilitair Bedrijf. We werken toe naar een meer klantgerichte, procesgerichte en uniforme manier van werken, waarin grip op dienstverlening, processen en financiën steeds belangrijker wordt. Als facilitair coördinator speel jij hierin een belangrijke rol binnen het team Klant en Coördinatie. Jij pakt complexere of overstijgende facilitaire klantvragen op die verder gaan dan reguliere meldingen bij de Servicedesk. Je onderzoekt wat er precies nodig is, stemt af met locaties en uitvoerende afdelingen en zorgt dat duidelijk wordt wie wat doet. Daarbij bewaak je de voortgang, leg je afspraken vast en signaleer je knelpunten of terugkerende patronen in de dienstverlening. Je werkt nauw samen met de Servicedesk, ruim 50 locaties en facilitaire afdelingen zoals Eten & Drinken, Techniek & Services, Schoonmaak, Hulpmiddelen en contractmanagement. Zonder hiërarchische verantwoordelijkheid breng je partijen bij elkaar en zorg je dat afspraken werkbaar zijn voor de praktijk. Daarnaast vertaal je signalen uit de praktijk naar procesverbeteringen, duidelijke werkafspraken of werkinstructies.
