Betekenisvol werk Als facilitair coördinator ben je samen met de adviseur werkzaam voor één specifieke scholengroep binnen CVO. Je draagt zorgt voor het realiseren en controleren van de gemaakte dienstverleningsafspraken met de leveranciers. Dit zijn afspraken op het gebied van facilitaire dienstverlening en beheer en onderhoud voor de schoolgebouwen. Je staat klaar om advies te geven aan en vragen te beantwoorden van scholen en signaleert incidentele en structurele knelpunten om daar vervolgens een oplossing voor te realiseren. Je bezoekt daarvoor regelmatig de scholen. - Je behandelt meldingen, aanvragen, storingen en incidenten van de scholen en zorgt voor de afhandeling in samenwerking met onze vaste dienstverleners. - Je werkt met een Facility Management Informatie Systeem om documentatie (rapporten, keuringen, offertes, opdrachten) centraal vast te leggen. - Je onderhoudt contacten met de leveranciers en met je contactpersonen binnen de scholen. - Je levert een bijdrage aan contract- en leveranciersmanagement van de centrale contracten. - Je hebt oog voor de belangen van de eindgebruikers (leerlingen en medewerkers) van onze schoolgebouwen en handelt daar naar. - Je werkt mee aan adviezen en komt met verbetervoorstellen. Je levert een bijdrage aan het uitvoeren van de afdelingsdoelstellingen. Kortom, alle dagelijkse uitdagingen op het gebied van huisvesting en facilitaire dienstverlening komen voorbij in deze leuke en uitdagende functie!
