Ben jij een echte regelaar met oog voor detail én een praktische instelling? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Als facilitair coördinator ben jij dé spil in het web op onze locatie Ter Reede. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt door het plannen, organiseren en aansturen van de huismeester en medewerkers schoonmaak. Je bewaakt het dagelijks rooster en houdt overzicht, zodat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Maar je zit niet alleen achter je bureau, jij steekt ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen! Of het nu gaat om lichte technische klusjes, huishoudelijke taken of logistiek werk in de algemene ruimtes: jij zorgt dat alles netjes, veilig en verzorgd is. Dankzij jouw inzet voelt de locatie als een fijne, leefbare plek voor bewoners én bezoekers. Kortom: jij combineert aansturing met actie en draagt elke dag bij aan een prettige woon- en werkomgeving. Als facilitair coördinator werk je nauw samen met de huismeesters en medewerkers schoonmaak. Je legt verantwoording af aan de teamleider facilitair, huishouding en transport. Je zal met name op de locatie Ter Reede aan het werk zijn, maar je inzet kan ook nodig zijn binnen één van onze andere locaties op Walcheren. Je werkt zowel door de week, in de weekenden en op feestdagen, veelal tussen 8:00 en 16:30 uur. Uiteraard rouleert dit volgens een rooster. Incidenteel, bij bijzondere activiteiten, kan er ook in de avond een beroep op je worden gedaan. Wat wij zoeken - Je beschikt over minimaal MBO niveau 3 werk- en denkniveau. - Praktische ervaringskennis van schoonmaakmethodieken en technisch onderhoud. - Ervaring met het coördineren, plannen en organiseren van facilitaire werkzaamheden is een pré. - Een echte verbinder en bruggenbouwer. - Je hebt oog voor je werk en haalt er voldoening uit dat jouw verantwoordelijke locaties re...
