Als Facilitair Coördinator bij CURA XL houd je overzicht over het beheer en onderhoud van onze kantoor- en woonlocaties. Je verdeelt werkzaamheden, bewaakt de voortgang en stuurt de facilitair medewerkers functioneel aan. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor facilitaire vragen en meldingen. Je beoordeelt wat er nodig is, bepaalt wat intern kan worden opgepakt en schakelt externe leveranciers of de eigenaar van een pand in als dat nodig is. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de melding van vandaag. Je werkt met onderhoudsplannen, vraagt offertes op en zorgt dat gebouwen, inventaris, apparatuur en voorzieningen veilig en goed bruikbaar blijven. Je werkt zelfstandig en bent regelmatig aanwezig op onze verschillende locaties. Je overlegt met medewerkers, leidinggevenden, leveranciers, verhuurders en andere betrokken partijen. Omdat een deel van onze locaties woonlocaties zijn, kom je tijdens je werk ook in contact met cliënten. Je houdt rekening met de omgeving waarin je werkt en draagt bij aan een veilig en prettig leef- en werkklimaat. WIE JIJ BENT Jij bent iemand die overzicht houdt en tegelijkertijd praktisch blijft. Je ziet wat er moet gebeuren, bepaalt wat voorrang heeft en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Je wacht niet totdat een probleem groter wordt, maar neemt tijdig actie.
