Je geeft leiding aan het facilitaire team, waarin iedere medewerker als assetbeheerder verantwoordelijk is voor een eigen discipline. Samen zorgen jullie voor de uitvoering van preventief en correctief onderhoud. Je begeleidt en ondersteunt de assetbeheerders in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden, ziet toe op het naleven van hoge veiligheidsstandaarden en stimuleert hen om actief verbeterideeën aan te dragen. Zo draag je bij aan een veilige, betrouwbare en continu verbeterende facilitaire organisatie. - Je bent een teamplayer en je coacht medewerkers, geeft hen feedback, zodat zij uitgedaagd worden om zich verde...
