Je geeft richting aan verschillende facilitaire teams, zoals schoonmaak, receptie, linnenvoorziening, vervoer en transport. Jij bewaakt de dagelijkse operatie, maar kijkt ook vooruit. Hoe kunnen we de dienstverlening verder verbeteren? Waar liggen kansen om slimmer te werken? En welke ontwikkelingen vragen om een andere aanpak? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de facilitaire dienstverlening én voor de bijbehorende budgetten. Je houdt de uitgaven in de gaten, analyseert afwijkingen en denkt mee over verbeteringen en investeringen. Daarbij maak je steeds een zorgvuldige afweging tussen wat nodig is, wat beter kan en wat financieel haalbaar is. Jouw werkdag Je werkdag begint bijvoorbeeld op één van de locaties. Je zoekt de teams op, maakt een ronde en spreekt met medewerkers. Wat speelt er? Hoe verloopt de planning? Zijn er knelpunten in de bezetting of dienstverlening? Door zichtbaar en benaderbaar te zijn, weet je wat er op de werkvloer gebeurt en kun je snel bijsturen wanneer dat nodig is. Niet alles laat zich vooraf plannen. Een onverwachte personele situatie, een probleem in de dienstverlening of een vraag vanuit een locatie kan zomaar je prioriteit van dat moment worden. Jij brengt snel in kaart wat er nodig is en bepaalt welke actie passend is. Soms neem je het voortouw, soms geef je medewerkers juist de ruimte om zelf tot een oplossing te komen. Daarin ligt een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw rol: je geeft vertrouwen en verantwoordelijkheid, maar bent duidelijk wanneer de situatie ...
