Als medewerker van de Interne Dienst zorg je samen met je collega's voor een frisse, schone en prettige woon- en werkomgeving. Je maakt de algemene ruimtes en de appartementen van onze bewoners in het verpleeghuis schoon. Je haalt de vuile was op en legt de schone was weer terug in de kast van de bewoner. Tijdens je werk heb je regelmatig contact met bewoners, bezoekers, vrijwilligers en collega's. Daarom vinden we het belangrijk dat je vriendelijk, verzorgd en gastvrij bent. Met jouw inzet draag je iedere dag bij aan een fijne woonomgeving voor onze bewoners. Wie ben jij? Je werkt zorgvuldig en zelfstandig binnen de afgesproken instructies en richtlijnen. Je ziet wat er moet gebeuren en neemt daarin initiatief. Ook kun je je gemakkelijk aanpassen als de situatie daarom vraagt. Daarnaast: - ben je collegiaal en behulpzaam; - heb je oog voor bewoners en je omgeving; - communiceer je gemakkelijk met bewoners, bezoekers en collega's; - is ervaring in de schoonmaak of als facilitair medewerker mooi meegenomen.
