Als parttime Facilitair medewerker in Maastricht ga jij aan de slag voor een organisatie die gespecialiseerd is in het beheer van vastgoed. Het bedrijf ondersteunt klanten bij diverse beheerstaken en maakt hierbij gebruik van slimme, zelfontwikkelde software die alle taken in een pand overzichtelijk in kaart brengt. Jouw werk als Facilitair medewerker In deze functie loop je zelfstandig rondes door verschillende panden. De speciale applicatie op je telefoon of tablet geeft precies aan welke taken er op de planning staan. Hoewel het werk in de basis simpel is, is nauwkeurigheid van groot belang. Je houdt je namelijk bezig met belangrijke taken zoals legionellapreventie. Wat ga je dan precies doen? Je kunt hierbij denken aan het doorspoelen van verschillende tappunten en het nauwkeurig meten van de watertemperatuur. Deze werkzaamheden voer je uit op diverse locaties in Maastricht en Heerlen. Je hebt de vrijheid om deze locaties te bezoeken met het openbaar vervoer of met je eigen auto. Het gaat om een verantwoordelijke rol waarbij je één dag per week, of twee halve dagen per week doordeweeks overdag aan de slag kunt. Omdat de opdrachtgever per direct hulp kan gebruiken, kun je snel starten in deze nieuwe uitdaging.
