Wil jij werken bij een ambitieus familiebedrijf met een informele werksfeer? Dan is de functie van facilitair medewerker voor 40 uur bij Highland Group de baan voor jou! Wie zijn wij? Highland Group bestaat uit vijf succesvolle kleinschalige hotels bezit in het centrum van Amsterdam; Boutique hotel The Highlander, Hotel Sint Nicolaas, Tourist Inn, The Highland House en Hotel Rokin. De hotels worden de komende jaren grondig gerenoveerd. Alle hotels bevinden zich binnen 500 meter van de Dam. Binnen de hotels heerst een informele sfeer. Werken bij de afdeling Technische dienst bij the Highland Group is zeer divers. Je voert werkzaamheden uit in alle hotels. Je krijgt te maken met verschillende soorten storingen. Je werkt in een klein team van 4 medewerkers, maar staat ook veel in contact met de alle andere medewerkers die in de hotels werken. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder ander uit: - opheffen van storingen, uitvoeren van voorkomende onderhoudswerkzaamheden en het repareren van faciliteiten in het hotel; - uitvoeren van eenvoudige reparaties aan apparatuur, sanitaire voorzieningen, verlichting, hang- en sluitwerk e.d.; - herstelschilderwerk als gevolg van beschadigingen; - samenwerken met externe partijen aan langer lopende technische onderhoudsprojecten; - adviseren en meedenken in duurzame oplossingen over bijvoorbeeld gebruik van juiste materialen ter vergroting van de levensduur en het beperken van de (reparatie)kosten.
