Als Facilitair Medewerker bij Pouw Zwolle zorg jij er samen met onze huismeester voor dat onze grote vestiging iedere dag netjes, verzorgd en goed functionerend voor de dag komt. Je hebt een afwisselende functie waarin praktisch werken en technisch inzicht samenkomen. Van een kleine reparatie in het pand tot het netjes houden van onze showroom en het halen en brengen van klanten: jij zorgt dat het geregeld wordt. Dit ga je doen Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer vervang je een lamp of los je een kleine technische storing op, even later ben je buiten bezig of stap je in de auto om een klant weg te brengen. Je: - Voert kleine technische onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden uit aan het pand en de voorzieningen - Signaleert technische gebreken en kijkt wat je zelf kunt oplossen - Houdt het buitenterrein schoon, netjes en overzichtelijk - Zorgt dat de showroom en werkplaats er verzorgd bij staan - Reinigt en onderhoudt onze koffiemachines - Haalt en brengt klanten naar huis of hun werk - Ondersteunt onze huismeester en collega's bij andere facilitaire werkzaamheden Je hoeft geen technisch specialist te zijn, maar het is wel belangrijk dat je technisch inzicht hebt. Je begrijpt hoe dingen werken, kunt kleine problemen zelfstandig oplossen en weet wanneer je hulp moet inschakelen.
