Je komt te werken bij een maatschappelijke onderneming van Midden-Nederland. Zij bieden mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt een fijne werkplek, ontwikkelkansen én professionele begeleiding. De afdeling groenvoorziening voegt hier dagelijks enorme waarde aan toe door groenonderhoud te leveren aan uiteenlopende externe opdrachtgevers. Je stapt dus in een warme, informele organisatie waar jouw inzet direct maatschappelijke impact maakt! In deze functie ben jij het organisatietalent op het bedrijfsbureau van de afdeling groenvoorziening. Geen dag is hetzelfde: het ene moment verwerk je inkooporders en offertes, en het volgende moment help je een collega aan nieuwe werkkleding of beheer je het wagenpark. Je ondersteunt de teamleiders van het groen, werkt nauw samen met je directe collega van de afdeling schoonmaak én vervangt elkaar bij afwezigheid. Jouw takenpakket op een rij: - Overzicht bewaren: Je verwerkt inkooporders, stelt calculaties op en volgt offertes en aanbestedingen proactief op. - Grip op de praktijk: Je regelt alles rondom het wagenpark, de mailbox en de voorraad van kleding en magazijnspullen. - Schakelen met mensen: Je helpt klanten en leveranciers snel op weg en ondersteunt het team bij de dagelijkse planning.
