The posting

Ligo Oost-Brabant is één van de 13 Ligo-centra in Vlaanderen en Brussel. Deze centra zijn dé leerpartner in basiscompetenties voor laaggeletterde volwassenen. Samen met partnerorganisaties ondersteunen we cursisten bij het vergroten van hun kansen in onze samenleving. Leren, verbinden, versterken zijn daarbij onze sleutelwoorden.

Taakomschrijving:

Je maakt samen met een collega technisch medewerker onderdeel uit van een hecht team onder leiding van de coördinator infrastructuur. Je draagt bij aan een veilige, nette en goed functionerende leer- en werkomgeving voor cursisten en medewerkers van Ligo. Je vervult onder andere deze taken:

  • Uitvoeren van kleine herstellingen en onderhoudswerken (elektriciteit, sanitair, schrijnwerk, schilderwerken, …)
  • Preventief onderhoud en controle van gebouwen en installaties
  • Signaleren van technische problemen en afstemmen met de coördinator infrastructuur
  • Offertes opvragen en voorbereiden in opdracht van de coördinator infrastructuur
  • Actief samenwerken met de coördinator infrastructuur en de collega facilitair medewerker bij grotere of complexe opdrachten
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van werken uitgevoerd door aannemers, in afstemming met de coördinator
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers en interne diensten
  • Toezien op veiligheid, orde en netheid op de verschillende schoollocaties
  • Ondersteunen bij praktische organisatie van schoolactiviteiten
  • Je bent technisch handig en hebt een brede basiskennis van onderhoudswerken
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook sterk in teamverband
  • Je communiceert vlot en respectvol
  • Je hebt affiniteit met een onderwijsomgeving
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid je te verplaatsen tussen locaties
  • Rijbewijs B + eigen wagen is vereist
