Variant is gespecialiseerd in het professioneel reinigen en onderhouden van bedrijfsruimten, openbare gelegenheden, zorginstellingen en woonprojecten. Onze dienstverlening is onderverdeeld in drie gespecialiseerde afdelingen: Schoonmaak, Glaswas en Facility . Wij geloven dat medewerkers het hart van onze organisatie vormen. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde! Je verzamelt 's ochtends op ons kantoor in Deurne, stapt in een van onze bedrijfsbussen en gaat samen met collega's of soms zelfstandig op pad naar verschillende projecten. Je bereidt je werkzaamheden voor, kiest de juiste methodes en zorgt voor een veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als samen met collega's. Samen zorgen jullie voor een topresultaat bij onze klanten. Jouw werkzaamheden: - In hoofdzaak lichte reparaties/ montage werkzaamheden; - huismeester taken; - Kleine aanpassingen aan meubilair; - Kleine verhuizingen; - Texen of schilderwerk ; - Uitvoeren van klein elektrotechnisch onderhoud; - Klein timmerwerk/interieurbouw. Je bent vaak werkzaam bij mensen met een verstandelijke en/of lichamelijke beperking. Het is variërend werk van kleine tot aan grotere opdrachten.
