Iemand die niet alleen zorgt voor een nette en representatieve werkomgeving, maar ook zijn of haar handen uit de mouwen steekt bij allerlei dagelijkse onderhouds- en facilitaire werkzaamheden. Van het vervangen van een lamp tot het oplossen van een verstopping of het klaarmaken van een vergaderruimte: jij ziet werk liggen en pakt het op. Dit ga je doen alsFacilitair medewerkerbij Bommel Wonen Schoonmaken, onderhouden en verzorgen. Dat is de basis wanneer je als facilitair medewerker komt werken bij Bommel Wonen. Jij onderhoudt en maakt alles schoon wat zich op en rondom ons distributiecentrum bevindt. Van het wassen van onze vrachtwagens tot het wieden van onkruid en van het schoonmaken van de zonnepanelen tot aan de bebording van ons pand. Jij zorgt dat het distributiecentrum en ons wagenpark een waar visitekaartje zijn. Niet alleen voor de collega's, maar ook voor al onze klanten die hier hun bestelling komen afhalen. Je kijkt mee naar hoe dingen beter en makkelijker kunnen en maakt van jouw werk een feestje. Bij slecht weer binnen en bij goed weer lekker buiten in de zon! Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je houdt je bezig met onder andere: - Schoonmaak- en opruimwerkzaamheden in en rondom onze locaties - Kleine onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden - Vervangen van lampen en andere eenvoudige technische werkzaamheden - Verhelpen van kleine storingen en mankementen - Ontstoppen van een gootsteen of uitvoeren van andere eenvoudige loodgieterswerkzaamheden - Verplaatsen en monteren van meubilair - Signaleren van onderhoudsbehoeften en het inschakelen van externe partijen wanneer nodig - Onderhouden van buitenterreinen en algemene ruimtes - Ondersteunen bij facilitaire zaken rondom bijeenkomsten en evenementen Dit doen we voor jou - Elke maand een passend salaris (wel zo fijn!)) - Beloning bij het beha...
