Kerngegevens Facilitair 8-16 uur per week Wijchen Parttime Salaris: € 2.564,99 tot € 2.884,20 bruto per maand op basis van 38 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring. Wat ga je doen? Je verzorgt de kleedruimtes, sanitaire ruimtes en algemene ruimtes volgens de schoonmaak- en hygiëneafspraken. Je signaleert en meldt bijzonderheden of defecten en draagt zo direct bij aan een veilige en gastvrije accommodatie. Wie zoeken wij? - Iemand die zorgvuldig werkt en oog heeft voor wat bezoekers en collega's nodig hebben. - Een collega die zelfstandig taken oppakt en tegelijk onderdeel wil zijn van het bredere Meerval-team. Wat bieden wij? - Een salaris van € 2.564,99 tot € 2.884,20 bruto per maand op basis van 38 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring. - Een belangrijke rol in een betrokken team. - De gezamenlijke arbeidsvoorwaarden van De Meerval, waaronder toeslagen, vitaliteitsbudget en zwemvoordelen. Dit krijg je bij De Meerval - Salaris conform en boven de cao Zwembaden, inclusief reiskostenvergoeding. - 50% onregelmatigheidstoeslag op zon- en feestdagen. - 8% vakantiegeld. - € 250 keuzebudget per kalenderjaar voor vitaliteit. - Gratis recreatief zwemmen en korting voor gezinsleden. - Mogelijkheid tot deelname aan vakdagen, zoals de Zwemonderwijsdag en ZwembadBranche Dag. - Twee personeelsuitjes per jaar en een zomerbarbecue. - Opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden. - Werken in een betrokken en gezellig team.
