Ben jij beschikbaar voor 20 uur per week, heb je een passie voor kunst en oog voor een schone, goed functionerende omgeving? Dan is dit jouw kans! De werktijden zijn van 08:00 tot 12:00 uur voor 3 à 4 dagen in de week (niet in het weekend). Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het beheer van de personeelskantine, het buitenterrein, de inventaris, logistieke gang en afvalstromen. Daarnaast verzorg je de uitgifte en ontvangst van goederen en pakketdiensten, inkoop en beheer van kantoorartikelen en de logistieke afhandeling en administratie daarvan. Je zet ruimtes klaar voor verhuur en groepsontvangsten, begeleidt onderhoudsdiensten en leveranciers, en houdt toezicht op het gebruik van het gebouw en de faciliteiten. Ook meld je storingen door, verzorg je chauffeursdiensten en verricht je lichte schoonmaakwerkzaamheden. Tot slot onderhoud je contacten met medewerkers, externe klanten en leveranciers over facilitaire dienstverlening.
