Als facilitair medewerker flexpool; - ontlast jij de zorgmedewerkers; - werk je resultaatgericht, dat maakt dat je kijkt, denkt en doet waardoor je zelf de keuze maakt hoe jij je werk en werkdag inricht ; - krijg jij de kans om binnen onze organisatie jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en door te groeien, dit kan ook naar een andere functie binnen de zorg . Daarom is het facilitair bedrijf de plek voor jou Het Facilitair Bedrijf, waar jij komt te werken, is toegankelijk, transparant en doelmatig. Jij onderscheidt je door jouw klantvriendelijke, gastvrije, proactieve houding en je doet wat je zegt. Je vervult een rol in het tot stand houden van de dienstverlening. Je komt te werken in een dynamische omgeving waarbij jouw werkzaamheden divers zullen zijn. Jij bent van toegevoegde waarde door het primaire proces te ontlasten waardoor de zorgmedewerkers zich kunnen blijven richten op de zorg. Wat ga je doen? - Je maakt dagelijks en periodiek de algemene ruimtes en de cliëntgebonden ruimtes schoon. Hiermee zorg je voor een hygiënische werk- en leefomgeving voor zowel cliënten als medewerkers en bezoekers. - Je kunt op verschillende locaties ingezet worden. - Wanneer het nodig is, draag jij zorg voor de ondersteuning bij de maaltijdvoorziening. - Je zorgt voor een fijne leefomgeving van onze cliënten. - Je draagt zorg voor schoonmaakgerichte bestellingen.
