The posting

Als facilitair medewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, onderhoud en de veiligheid van de schoolomgeving. Je bent een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat gebouwen, installaties en voorzieningen in uitstekende staat verkeren. Je signaleert problemen voordat ze groot worden, lost storingen op en adviseert over onderhoud en verbeteringen.

Een greep uit jouw taken:

• Inspecteer gebouwgebonden installaties, zoals klimaat-, verwarmings- en beveiligingssystemen, en spoor storingen tijdig op. • Voer onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden uit aan gebouwen, installaties, apparatuur en inventaris of zorg ervoor dat deze worden uitgevoerd. • Adviseer de schoolleiding over onderhoudsplannen, vervangingen en verbeteringen van installaties en voorzieningen. • Verricht metingen, storingsanalyses en stel reparatieadviezen op. • Begeleid externe technici, aannemers en leveranciers bij onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden en houd toezicht op de uitvoering. • Controleer beveiligingssystemen, alarmsystemen, verlichting en toegangsmiddelen en zorg voor een veilige schoolomgeving. • Registreer onderhoudswerkzaamheden, houd logboeken en planningen bij en bewaak onderhoudsbudgetten.

Je werkt 24 uur per week, verdeeld over 3 dagen. Je start op zo snel mogelijk. De opdracht duurt tot het einde van het schooljaar.

Functie-eisen: Jij bent een zelfstandige en technisch onderlegde professional die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Je houdt overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het belangrijk om anderen te helpen. Dankzij jouw oplossingsgerichte instelling weet je snel te schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en zorg je ervoor dat de schoolomgeving veilig en goed functioneert.
