Jij zorgt samen met je collega's voor een nette, veilige en gastvrije campus waar cursisten, lesgevers en medewerkers op kunnen rekenen.

Wat houdt de job in?

Het PIVO (https://pivo.be/) is het Vlaams-Brabantse provinciale opleidingscentrum voor openbare besturen en veiligheidsdiensten (politie, brandweer, ambulanciers). Jaarlijks ontvangen we tal van cursisten, lesgevers en bezoekers op onze campus. Als facilitair medewerker speel jij een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse werking.

  • Je zorgt voor het onderhoud en de netheid van leslokalen, sanitair, kleedkamers en gemeenschappelijke ruimtes.
  • Je voorziet koffie, water en broodjes tijdens opleidingen, bijeenkomsten en activiteiten.
  • Je opent en sluit gebouwen en lokalen en volgt de veiligheids- en alarmprocedures correct op.
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers, cursisten en lesgevers en helpt hen vriendelijk verder.
  • Je houdt mee toezicht op de campus en meldt onveilige situaties of onbevoegde aanwezigen.
  • Je beheert mee voorraden en draagt zorg voor het materiaal dat je ter beschikking krijgt.
  • Je draagt bij aan een veilige campuswerking en neemt een rol op binnen het intern noodplan van het PIVO.
  • Je bent flexibel en wordt zowel ingezet in de vroege (starten om 6u) als late shift (tot 18u). In een beurtrol werk je ook op zaterdag (8-14u).
