- Facilitair planner defensie S Facilitair planner defensie Start People - Breda - Start People - 28 september 2026 Noord-Brabant Salaris €20 hourly Uren Fulltime Functieomschrijving Wat je gaat doen Als Facilitair Planner ben jij de spil tussen dienstverlening, huisvesting, logistiek en facilitaire processen. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden efficiënt worden ingepland en uitgevoerd. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het plannen en coördineren van facilitaire werkzaamheden op Defensielocaties. - Het inzetten van facilitaire medewerkers en het stellen van de juiste prioriteiten. - Het bewaken van de voortgang en kwaliteit van de dienstverlening. - Het adviseren van leidinggevenden over de inzet van personeel en middelen. - Het oplossen van planningsvraagstukken en knelpunten. - Het afstemmen van werkzaamheden met verschillende interne stakeholders. - Het verwerken van gegevens in FMIS en bij voorkeur Planon. - Het beoordelen, uitzetten en afhandelen van werkorders. - Het beheren van administratieve processen rondom huisvesting en dienstverlening. - Het signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen processen en systemen. Jij houdt overzicht, denkt vooruit en zorgt dat collega's kunnen rekenen op een goed georganiseerde facilitaire ondersteuning. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Juist die dynamiek geeft jou energie.
