Dát is werken als facilitair servicemedewerker bij het Centrum voor Facilitaire Dienstverlening (CFD). Voor ons complex in Apeldoorn zorg je samen met je collega's dat logistiek en technisch alles op orde is. Ook ben jij het visitekaartje voor onze gasten. Van jouw persoonlijke aandacht worden onze gasten blij, want ze kunnen onbezorgd hun werk doen. Gasten zijn leveranciers, sollicitanten, andere bezoekers en natuurlijk collega's. - Mbo - 36 uur - Facilitair/ dienstverlening - € 2.844,- / € 3.496,- bruto p.m. - Apeldoorn - Reageer t/m 16 oktober 2026 Dit doe je bij de Belastingdienst Jij draagt bij aan een veilige werkomgeving. Technische zaken hebben jouw aandacht als je door het pand loopt. Je hebt verschillende werkzaamheden op het gebied van logistiek, beheer en onderhoud. Als het nodig is, voer je kleine technische werkzaamheden uit. Denk hierbij aan het vervangen van verlichting, repareren van deuren en hang- en sluitwerk. Ook begeleid je leveranciers bij het uitvoeren van hun werkzaamheden in het pand. Daarbij hou je toezicht op de kwaliteit van de geleverde diensten en informeer je de supervisor of teamleider. Daarnaast verwelkom je als facilitair servicemedewerker onze gasten bij de receptie. Tijdens je facilitaire rondes zoek je actief contact en check je of alles naar wens is. Als eerste aanspreekpunt beantwoord je vragen op het gebied van onze dienstverlening. Als gasten nieuw zijn, help je ze op weg naar de vergaderruimte en je vertelt hoe alles werkt. En laat je ze zien waar ze lekker kunnen starten met een kop koffie of thee.
