Coördineren en plannen van technische en bouwkundige onderhoudswerkenOpvolgen van interventies, onderhoudsplanningen en werkuitvoeringAansturen en ondersteunen van techniekers en uitvoerende medewerkersBezoeken van klanten om noden en opportuniteiten in kaart te brengenUitwerken van offertes en onderhoudsvoorstellenControleren van technische installaties zoals HVAC-, sanitair- en elektrische installatiesBeheren en opvolgen van externe contractpartnersOnderhandelen over tarieven, aankopen en onderhoudscontractenOrganiseren van prijsaanvragen en aanbestedingenOpvolgen van contractuele afspraken en dienstverleningOpstellen van rapporteringen rond onderhoudskosten, energieverbruik en prestatiesMeewerken aan verbetertrajecten en optimalisaties binnen de dienstverlening

Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in Facility Management, Bouwkunde, Elektromechanica, Technisch Management of een gelijkaardige richtingJe hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een coördinerende, facilitaire of technische functieJe bent klantgericht en haalt voldoening uit het opbouwen van duurzame relatiesJe werkt gestructureerd en kan meerdere dossiers tegelijk opvolgenJe bent communicatief sterk en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende stakeholdersJe hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office, met een sterke focus op ExcelJe bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgevingJe beschikt over een rijbewijs BJe spreekt vlot Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een pluspuntJe hebt interesse in technische installaties zoals HVAC en elektriciteitEen VCA-attest is een troef, maar kan intern behaald worden
